Family Therapy
Family Therapy is a form of group psychotherapy that focuses on improving relationships, communication, and interactions among family members. It views problems not as isolated issues within an individual, but as patterns or systems within the family that need adjustment. Family therapy helps families resolve conflicts, manage stress, and support one another through life challenges such as mental health issues, substance use, divorce, grief, or major life transitions.

Initial Assessment
The therapist and client start with an initial assessment session where they get to know each other. The therapist asks questions to understand the client's presenting concerns, personal history, current life circumstances, and goals for therapy. This helps in establishing a therapeutic alliance and creating a treatment plan tailored to the client's needs.
